Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via phone, email, or in person. This helps us manage appointments effectively and maintain a high standard of service.

Clients who miss appointments or fail to cancel 48 hours in advance on multiple occasions may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. We strive to accommodate late arrivals, but they may result in reduced consultation time or rescheduling if necessary.

To streamline our scheduling, clients will receive a confirmation message 48 hours before the appointment. If you do not cancel within this period or are late by more than 15 minutes on multiple occasions, full payment may be required for future bookings.
